    Kyrylo

    8 years

IDPs from the city of Mariupol.

In Mariupol, the boy was diagnosed with some developmental disabilities. Now he is actively working with specialists and has made some progress, but still needs constant help.

We were able to provide the boy with a new cot so that he could sleep comfortably even during anxiety, and recently Kirill's hearing has deteriorated, so we opened a charity jar to buy a hearing aid, which the boy already has!

This story began at our #CAMPBERI camp, where Mykhailo and his mother joined our program.

At the camp, the boy attended his first consultation and session with the project's psychologist. After that, his mother asked us to continue our work at home in Zaporizhzhia.
We took Mykhailo for individual support, and after a few sessions we saw changes: the boy began to smile more and show interest in the world around him.
