Tatiana is responsible for the psychological direction at BERI Foundation and is a psychologist and consultant of the social support project.

She is a practicing psychologist, business psychologist, Executive & Business coach of the PCC ICF.

Tetiana is a co-founder of the NGO ‘Centre for Psychological Resilience “New Life”,
and the founder of the coaching agency
‘TED Coaching Agency.

As a practical psychologist, Tetiana works with
in the Transactional Analysis method
and Positive Psychotherapy in several areas: Personality psychotherapy
and psychotherapy and psychological counselling for managers and teams.

Tatiana provides individual consultations on psychological health, psycho-emotional
and psychosocial support.

She works with interpersonal communications, career development
and organisational scenarios (development cycle).

As an organisational consultant
mainly works personally
with owners and top managers of companies. As a trainer, she conducts workshops and trainings for employees, psychologists, coaches and career counsellors.

In addition, Tatiana is involved in
in numerous social projects, including a project to reintegrate military skills into civilian life
for ATO/JFO veterans, the Livelihoods project with the support of the UNHCR refugee project
in Zakarpattia region, etc.

Member of the Ukrainian Society of Transactional Analysis (USTA), Member of the Board and Head of the Membership Committee of ICF Ukraine Charter Chapter.
